Last December Dana and his team finished a second project —total rehab on two full bathrooms along with installation of 5 replacement windows I wish I could give this contractor 10 stars as he listened to the "dream" plan and kept me informed through out the demolition and reconstruction. Dana got the job because I was so pleased with earlier work— reconstructing an attached screen- in porch. He was able to make the porch over while maintaining the original large size screens and overhead window and beam features . I highly recommend Dana and his team without reservation.

Dana and his whole team were great to work with. They delivered a number of renovation projects on our home including a breezeway, extra garage, new kitchen and loft extension. Throughout the communication was excellent, the finish was to a high standard and I really appreciate that he was able to accommodate changes to improve the project without constant change fees. I look forward to working with Dana and his team again on our next project!

Dana did an amazing job on our home renovation. The original project included creating an open plan kitchen and mud room out of the existing downstairs footprint, as well as reconfiguring our master bedroom and renovating our master bathroom. Dana worked seamlessly with our architect and made many terrific and tasteful suggestions to improve on the original design. Dana was also very flexible throughout the process, and allowed us to make a few important decisions on the go as the project came together. All of his efforts were put into making sure that we were very happy with the final product -- which we were ecstatic with. In addition, Dana created a work timeline which allowed us to never be without a fully functional kitchen, even though our kitchen was being relocated to another room. This allowed us to stay in our home during the construction, which was very convenient and a big cost savings. Lastly, and critically, Dana stayed on budget, which is a rarity in his business in our experience. We were so happy with the finished product on this first job, that Dana has since renovated our basement, other bathrooms and outside deck, as well as replaced our roof. We could not have been happier with Dana's and his entire team's work. In addition to all of this, Dana has consistently stood by his work, and has always been available for follow up questions. Dana is a true professional, and we could not recommend him more highly.

Old school contractor with super project management capabilities, great communication, and impecable craftsmanship. Really a refreshing experience after my previous contractor....

It's hard to put into words (and the BEFORE & AFTER pictures don't do it complete justice) the absolute transformation Dana and his crew gave our Victorian home. The scope of the project initially included only removing a deteriorating existing single-story garage and replacing it with a new, two-story garage that was more compatible with the residential character of our house and neighborhood. We expanded the renovation project eventually to the main house, the 3-family we call home, where we re-sided the entire house and installed a new roof -- so the new garage wouldn't stand in stark contrast to the sad, vinyl-sided home. And boy are we glad we did! Was the project without it's hiccups? Absolutely not but what project worth the effort ever is. And, frankly, I'd do it all over again with this crew. Dana's team brought incredible craftsmanship to this project. They pulled out of our old Victorian the glamour she deserved and I couldn't be prouder of the final product. We look forward to working with Dana and his team on the next project -- once we recuperate from the cost of this one :)
