Daniel McCusker runs DMC Electric LLC out of Walpole, and the directory listings that carry his reviews credit him with about 11 years in the trade. What holds across five written reviews from 2021 to 2025 is a consistent pattern: efficient work, clear communication, and a clean job site. A 2025 review described a multi-part project — new outlets, added lighting, a wired security camera and motion-detector lights — finished with tarps down and a vacuum run afterward. A 2023 review recalled him tracking down a wiring issue and making a Home Depot run for a fuse when the customer's furnace also happened to go out that same day. In 2024, he installed an EV charger and an extra exterior outlet on work a customer said "looked like the additions had always been on the house." Both Angi and HomeAdvisor list a trade license (#21751, expiring July 2028) for the business — that's the directories' own listing, not a state registry verification, so it's worth confirming directly before booking. The written record here is still small — five reviews rather than dozens — so this is a read built on a handful of specific, repeated accounts rather than years of public reviews. What's there points to routine residential electrical work handled carefully, with customers who keep calling him back.

I needed an electrician to do several jobs around my home (additional outlets, new added lights, wired security camera, outdoor motion detector lights, and other projects) and Dan McCusker, owner of DMC Electric (LLC) was recommended to me by a good friend. He was excellent and I was so happy with his work! He and Dan N. completed all the jobs with efficiency and skill and explained everything to me. He had great problem solving suggestions and his expertise was evident. I also enjoyed that he (and his colleague Dan N) are so easy to talk to, kind and patient. He communicated promptly when I had a question pre/post work and was able to schedule the work with flexibility to my schedule too. They are very neat with their work and used tarps and vaccumed afterwards. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may be in need of. I took a picture of his card to put here too CONTACT INFO: Daniel McCusker (781) 367-1605
Dan was very flexible and responsive when setting up our appointments to have several electrical jobs done. He and Dan installed an EV charger and extra exterior outlet at our home, and were efficient, and took care to clean everything up. It all looked like the additions had always been on the house. We will be having them back to do some additional work soon. Highly recommend!
We have hired Dan multiple times and will continue to use him for all of our electrical needs. Dan is thorough, professional and neat. He was in our home for a wiring issue when I told him our heat was out and the hvac company could not come for multiple days. Dan was able to locate the issue and went to Home Depot to get the fuse.
Excellent visit. I liked the logical way he worked to diagnose and fix the problem. And I appreciate his offer to return if the repair proves temporary.
Dan was wonderful I highly recommend him and can not say enough good things! He is a great electrician too for general projects around the house,.
