BuildZoom scores him 104, which reads like a grade but is calculated from permit history — the page says plainly it has never received a review for him. One item deserves a direct question. BuildZoom lists a North Attleboro building permit from September 2023, BP-23-761, as suspended, with the description "3rd floor renovation started by contractor with no permit." The page does not say which contractor started that work, so nothing there establishes it was him — but it sits on his profile, and it is fair to ask him about it. The licensing picture is cluttered. BuildZoom shows construction supervisor licence CS-118572 as active, saying it checked in June 2026, and separately shows a second number, CSFA-106514, as cancelled, alongside a Newton entry marked "License Not Verified / Status Active" against a November 2024 expiration. None of that has been checked against the state registry here, so treat all of it as the directory's claim.
