Dario's Construction

Dario's Construction is a Lynn remodeling and construction company, founded by Dario Perez — started, the company says, to give Lynn and the towns around it a builder they could be proud of. Kitchens and bathrooms lead its own list of work, followed by additions, decking, roofing, siding, painting and framing. Its stated service area runs well past Lynn: Abington, Boston, Waltham, Lowell, Lawrence, Marlborough, Salem and Braintree. That's a wide radius for a remodeler, so it's worth asking whether they work in your town regularly. A reasonable call if you want one contractor for a kitchen or bath and the carpentry or roofing that goes with it. Ask for addresses of recent jobs you can go look at, confirm the Massachusetts registration and insurance, and get the scope, materials and schedule in writing before anyone starts.
