A May 2026 Google reviewer names Rob and recommends Sail Away. A 2024 Angi reviewer names Rob too, and calls the company Level Builders. Same people, two banners — worth knowing before you read the ratings. Sail Away Properties works out of 40 Fowler Avenue in Revere and pitches at three audiences at once: homeowners wanting a remodel, investors flipping houses, and other general contractors who need extra capacity. The work customers describe is substantial. In a 2024 review a homeowner had a detached two-car garage converted into living space and joined to the house by a hallway, with an adjoining storage room turned into a full bath with laundry hookups; they said they were told immediately whenever something came up and were asked how to handle it. A 2023 customer had a back porch rebuilt, liked it enough to have the front one done as well, and mentioned the group chat set up to keep everyone posted and the yard left tidy at the end. Others describe several siding projects across a few years and a bathroom and master-closet layout finished on the date forecast. The three Google reviews from May 2026 add a ceiling repair done fast, and a customer who says the crew has done half a dozen jobs for them over eight-plus years. The negative note is thin but recent. In December 2025 a Google reviewer wrote only "Bad customer service. Not good quality or work ethic. Di not hire," without describing the job. The paperwork is where it gets murky. The Angi listing carrying ten of the fourteen reviews is filed at 61 Moore Street in Haverhill; the company's own About text says it is headquartered in Boston while its footer gives the Revere address; and the site still shows an unedited template phone number beside the real one, plus an unattributed "5/5 Star Global Customer Rating." Worth a call for additions, garage conversions, porches, decks and siding — the detailed reviews are consistently about that kind of work. Before you sign, pin down which legal entity the contract is with and which address goes on it, and ask for the registration number behind the work so you can check it yourself.
