Boilers, furnaces, heating zones and central air were the jobs people hired Dave LeBlanc for. On Angi, the company describes itself as a full-service HVAC company. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.6 stars from 30 ratings. A 2009 customer said Dave LeBlanc offered the best price of 3 HVAC contractors to install a new high-efficiency gas boiler, and that the installation took 2 days, as he said it would. That 2009 customer noted he did not take credit. A 2009 customer who started replacing a heating system on their own said he finished the job, took more time than he estimated and held to his price. A 2008 customer had a second zone installed for the upstairs floor and called the quoted price very reasonable. A 2007 customer said Dave gave a reasonable estimate on two types of furnaces, then installed their furnace, and returned a call within half an hour. A 2006 customer wrote that he installed a central AC unit within the same week of the first call, then returned the following day to finish a part that needed carpentry work. A 2006 customer said he replaced their oil burner in one day. A 2010 customer wrote that he ran into "tough times" mid-project, the customer had to buy all the materials, the job came in 25% over the estimate and the project was never completed. A 2005 customer said that after an AC problem he promised to call back after a vacation and never did.
He ran into "tough times" mid-project and I had to buy all the materials myself. In the end, it came in 25% over the estimate and the project was never completed.
I had bought a new heating system after mine died, and thought I was going to remove the old one and install the new one myself. Once I started the job, I realized I was in over my head, and thought that if I tried to hire someone to finish the job, that they would "rake me over the coals" so to speak. Two places tried just that, but NOT Dave LeBlanc. He was very thorough, friendly and not criticle of me for trying to do the job myself. He simply offered the best price to finish the job. He had to take more time than he estimated, but stuck firm to his price. A+ You should use him!
He was very professional and competent and did exactly what he said he would do.
January 2009. Dave LeBlanc offered me the best price for the installation of the new high efficiency gas boiler out of 3 HVAC contractors and was nothing but professional and courteous in all communications. I purchased my own new boiler and he installed it. He arrived when he said and it took 2 days total for the installation, exactly as he said. The only drawback is he does not take credit but I think only one of the 3 contractors did take credit. I highly recommend his services.
We had a second zone installed in our home for the upstairs floor. Dave responded quickly by phone once we submitted our request and met with us promptly. The price we were quoted was very reasonable and the work performed was thorough and timely. We're very happy with the service he provided and would recommend him to others.
