David Pacific Plumbing & Heating

David Pacific Plumbing & Heating is a Marlborough sole proprietorship run by David P Pacific, whose Massachusetts plumbing license (#10546) is registry-verified active. The Better Business Bureau says the business started in Massachusetts in 1978, run as a one-person operation. In a 2016 Reddit thread about a boiler installation, a homeowner said they were happy with the company's work, and a February 2026 Google review simply called the job great. Worth knowing: BuildZoom's permit-derived profile lists 266 projects over the company's history spanning plumbing, boiler and water heater work, gas piping, sewer laterals and fire sprinkler systems, but shows only 2 permits pulled in the last three years — worth confirming current availability and lead times directly given how small and long-running the operation is. For plumbing and heating work in the Marlborough area, the license is in order and the limited feedback on file is positive; given how little is written about recent jobs, a quick call to confirm scope and scheduling is worthwhile before counting on them for anything urgent.
