The profile states the company is "licensed & fully insured," but names no licence number, no licence type and no issuing board, and nothing confirms a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration one way or the other. A reasonable call if you want a long-tenured interior remodeler and are willing to do the checking yourself. Ask for the home improvement contractor registration number and run it past the Office of Consumer Affairs, ask for a current certificate of insurance, and ask for two recent kitchens or baths you can go and look at.
