David Reitano Remodeling & Building

David Reitano Remodeling & Building is a kitchen-and-bath outfit with a long claim behind it: the company says it has worked in New England for over 35 years, and that it keeps carpenters, electricians and plumbers on staff full time — the crew mix that lets a remodeler run a gut bathroom without handing off every stage. The work it lists follows from that: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement renovations, finish work, hardwood flooring, and tiling on walls and floors. It runs its own site, davidreitanoremodel.com, and takes calls at (978) 360-9202. Two practical things to settle on that call. Houzz prints the address as Boston, MA 01844, but 01844 is the Methuen zip code, so ask where the shop actually is. And the profile gives its coverage as the New England area, so check that your town is in range. For a kitchen, bath or basement where you would rather deal with one crew than five subcontractors, it is worth a conversation — ask for the licence number and a certificate of insurance, and get the scope and schedule in writing.
