David's Contracting

David's Contracting is a small Waltham, Massachusetts, exterior crew that shows up on HomeAdvisor under the name David Ryan Murillo — three reviews there, all from 2026, all landed 5 stars, and each one credits David directly with the work. The reviews describe siding jobs start to finish. One homeowner had David and his team replace old siding with new polymer vinyl shingles, working carefully around complex architectural details and leaving the site clean when they finished. Another had a full front-siding replacement done in two days. A third hired David for front siding and roofing repair, and reported the job finished on time and within budget. HomeAdvisor lists a Massachusetts trade license, CS-123742, expiring in October 2029, for the company — that comes from the directory rather than a state registry check. The profile also states the business offers free estimates and speaks Spanish, and lists decks and porches, metal gutters, asphalt shingle roofing, and both vinyl and wood or fiber-cement siding among its services. There isn't much of a track record to weigh yet — just three reviews, all recent, all on one platform — so it's worth asking for an additional reference or two before committing to a larger job. For a Waltham-area homeowner who needs siding replaced or repaired, or a smaller roofing job handled, the reviews on file describe careful, on-time, on-budget work. Confirm current availability and get the scope in writing, since this is still a new and small public record.
