The services advertised are narrower than the permits suggest: kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodels plus additions. BuildZoom scores the company 97, and no customer has reviewed it there or anywhere else we looked. That is the gap to close yourself. A builder pulling six-figure permits has references; ask for two or three recent addresses with homeowner phone numbers. BuildZoom shows a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #172892, listed as active as of July 2026 — check that number against the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation yourself, and ask about a construction supervisor license if your job touches structure. One more thing worth raising: the Newbury permit was first pulled in 2019 and expired before being re-pulled in 2020 and completed, so ask how they handle schedule slips on a long build. A plausible bidder for a whole-house build, a gut renovation or an addition around Haverhill, Newbury or Groveland — provided you do the reference-checking that nobody has published on their behalf.
