DC Regan General Contracting is a family-owned home remodeler serving Norfolk, Bristol, and Plymouth counties in Massachusetts. The company says it was established in 1996 and offers bathroom and kitchen remodeling, basement finishing, home additions, and deck work. Angi places the business in North Easton. The strongest recent detail is practical: in February 2025, an Angi customer praised a quick written estimate, quick completion, and cleanup, and said they would hire the company again. An October 2024 customer said this was their third project with Chris over several years, naming porch-post replacement, first-floor flooring, and deck repair. The 19-review history spans 2016 to 2025 across five sources, though much of the detailed written praise is older. Reviews from 2016 through 2022 describe work on decks, stairs, flooring, trim, and other home construction, alongside comments about responsiveness and clear explanations. One dated complaint is worth raising before a project starts: in May 2019, an Angi customer said a promised custom PVC trim piece was never installed after payment and that follow-up messages went unanswered. That is an old, specific account rather than evidence of a current pattern, but it makes written close-out expectations useful, especially for custom or multi-stage work. DC Regan looks suited to homeowners planning broad remodeling work rather than a single narrow repair. Ask for the project scope, schedule, and how any remaining custom items will be confirmed before final payment.

“They are a small family owned and operated contracting service, fully licensed and insured in Easton, MA for over 20 years.”
Easy to work with. Quick written estimate, and quick project completion. Project done perfectly! Clean up-excellent! Would engage again!!
This was my third time working with Chris over the course of a few years now after finding him right here on Angi. The first was to replace the posts holding up my front porch, the second was to replace the flooring throughout my entire first floor and the third to repair my deck and garage door frame. The costs of these projects were $1,200-$10,000-$1,580. Each time Chris provided me with options, explained the pros and cons, and offered suggestions then provided an estimate. He (and Mike) show up when they say they will and answer all my questions in detail. They treat me with the utmost respect and stand behind everything they do which is easy because it is well done. I will definitely not hesitate to work with Chris again.
It went very well and looks just like the picture. Chris asked a lot of good questions and worked very hard to bring the original design to life. He was open to questions and really worked with me to have this project come out great. He (and Mike) exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend him. I also appreciate his quick replies to any communications.
It was clear there were some unknowns with the project from the start. Chris clearly explained the possibilities, the potential resolutions and his recommendations. As the project began, it became clear that there were even more problems than originally thought. Chris explained my options, answered all my questions, and did a great job in fixing everything. Chris was easy and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire him again.
We were considering having some carpentry done to our front and back outside stairs and contacted Chris Regan. He responded promptly, came by and assessed the job and gave us a fair estimate for the work. We decided to defer the work until the spring, but had him do a small job for us, which he did very well. Chris is engaging and professional and he'll be our first choice for any carpentry work we need.
