I recently had my bathroom floors replaced and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the Dec Tech installer was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. I really appreciated the care that Dana the installer took with my project. The owner Amy and her entire staff were a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the installation was completed with precision, and it was clear that great care was taken to ensure the finished floor looked perfect. The attention to detail around edges, transitions, and overall fit and finish was outstanding. What impressed me most was the value. The pricing for the flooring was very fair and competitive, especially considering the high quality of the work performed. There were no surprises, and the project was completed on schedule and within my budget. Just had my kitchen and bathroom floor done. I am so pleased with it. Dana was great. Polite and so helpful to me . I couldn't bend down to clean things because I have a neck brace on so he did it for me. Even vacuumed. And Amy, the owner was very kind to me considering my current situation. I would highly recommend this company.

Dec Tech is a family own business that cares about its customers and reputation. I would highly recommend.

A very disappointing experience all around. I had the entire second floor recarpeted. When we put down our deposit, we were quoted around a month turn around based on current projects. It ended up being a two month wait after I finally pressured them and reminded them about their previous timeline. The communications I had with Amy, the president, were very unprofessional. My name was misspelled on the invoice. Emails were riddled with spelling and grammar errors. It made it extremely difficult to communicate, especially given my frustration as weeks passed by and there was little update on when the installation could begin. Only once I called her out on these poor communications was I able to finally get them to schedule the job. The installation was okay, but there are a few areas of the installation that don't look as good as the original carpeting, especially around the stairs and hand railing. The cleanup was less than satisfactory. I had to pick up some trash left on the floor and do another vacuum before moving any furniture in. I won't use them for redoing the first floor. Given the price, I expected top-notch customer service and excellent installation. Both were well short of expectations. A neighbor had Home Depot install a full floor in one day and do it cheaper with better service. I wanted the local store to have a good experience, but I cannot recommend them.
