The accounts of those jobs are specific. An Angi reviewer in May 2018 described Bill and his crew replacing a deck, re-framing it and setting new footings, finished on time. In January 2018, a HomeAdvisor customer wrote that the old deck came out, new Azek went down, and a large three-season porch was added on. A July 2017 reviewer called it the smoothest experience they had had with a contractor: Bill met them at the house, sent an estimate, and the crew arrived on time and finished the deck in two days. In September 2019, a homeowner wrote about the material and workmanship on a new deck and noted the crew also replaced some vinyl siding that looked old next to it. Neither is recent, and both are about what happens after the crew packs up rather than the build itself. The detailed written reviews run 2012 through 2019; the two newest are short four-star notes, one in June 2024 calling it a good builder and one in February 2026 describing a family-run business with quality work. For a deck rebuild by a crew that has done a lot of them, this is a sensible call. Get the punch-list and callback terms in writing — who comes back for a loose board, and how soon — and confirm that permits, inspection and site clean-up are in the price.
