Tete promptly returned the first call and came by the next day, a 2024 reviewer wrote, calling him a friendly man and a good communicator via phone, text, and in person. Delane Construction describes itself as a full service remodeling and general contracting company serving Leominster and the surrounding community, and says it specializes in construction services including home building, siding, roofing, deck building, window and door installations, painting, finish work and framing. Its Massachusetts construction supervisor licence and its home improvement contractor registration are both active on the state registry. In a 2017 review, a customer said the company was proficient, professional and always on time, and that it kept them abreast of the time and cost of the project in Brookline and in Boston. Ask how they will keep you abreast of time and cost the way that customer described.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from DELANE CONSTRUCTION. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

After our experience with Delane Construction, we highly recommend them for your home projects. “Tete” promptly returned our first call, then came by the next day. He is a friendly man and a good communicator via phone, text, and in person. When city hall seemed to drag their heels with the permit, he went down in person to speed things along. He showed up when he said he would and proved himself to be a hard worker and meticulous with our project. A new porch was not complicated, but he made us feel it was as important to him as it was to us. The finished project shows his pride in his work; it is so lovely that our neighbors stop by to admire it. Thank you, Tete; we are happy with our new porch and walkway.
Delane Construction was proficient, professional an always on time. They kept us abreast of the time and cost of project in Brookline and in Boston. Would highly recommend Delane to others.
