A roof that started leaking after a late-February storm brought Delarosa out on the first call — the homeowner, writing on Houzz in March 2021, said they came down right away, gave a good price and worked fast. Another Houzz review from that same week has the detail: Manny went through the options without pressure, and the crew spent the day replacing the roof, laying moisture barrier, flashing around the chimney and fixing a gutter along the back. Roofs are what customers write about, but the company casts itself wider. Its site presents a Peabody general contractor doing roofing, remodeling, painting, decks and concrete, with a service area running from Danvers and Lynnfield through Marblehead, Salem and Swampscott. The BBB page is an A+ and puts the business at 12 years, listing additions, siding, decks and custom woodwork alongside the roofing; BuildZoom shows 37 permitted projects, Houzz another 18. The written accounts are older, and the earlier ones name Arsenio rather than Manny. A September 2020 Angi customer said the work was on time and fairly priced and that he delivered on everything he promised. In November 2019 another said he answered quickly before, during and after the job, and kept them updated throughout. The most recent review, from December 2024, is brief — a Houzz customer telling other people not to hesitate to call for roofing. A February 2025 write-up on trusty.app describes a roof stripped completely, venting corrected, a skylight replaced and chimney flashing installed in lead. For a North Shore roof — a storm leak, or a replacement where the venting and flashing matter — this is a reasonable call. Angi and HomeAdvisor both list Spanish-language service. Get the scope in writing down to the flashing, venting and gutter work before the crew starts.
“Roof was completely stripped. Roof needed the right venting and skylight were replaced. chimney flashing was properly installed with lead flashing. Very great communication made sure that they recieved a great roof.”
Manny and his team are a great company and nice people. Do not hesitate to call them if you need roofing. They will treat you like family!
I had a nice damn late February that caused my roof to leak. I called Delarosa construction and roofing they came down right away gave me a great price and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them they were fast I did a great job I haven’t had a problem with my roof so far but I know if I have an issue I can call them!
Manny was a really nice guy. He explained all of our options and never put any pressure on us. His crew showed up on time and work very hard all day and replaced our roof, did moisture barrier, flashing around the chimney and even fixed a gutter along the back. Pricing was very fair and we RESEARCHED around. What we liked the most was that they were done in 1 day! His crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would recommend De La Rosa Roofing to you.
Very pleased with Arsenio and his crew. Quality work, on time, very fair price and Arsenio delivered on every thing he said that he would do.
