The written reviews are older: 17 of them, dated 2010 through November 2018, behind a 4.9 average from 31 ratings with nothing below four stars. What those customers wrote about most is how fast he turned up. A February 2016 homeowner described him arriving the morning they called to replace a missing ridge shingle ahead of a snowstorm, then reshingling a good part of the back of the house. And on credentials, BuildZoom lists a Construction Supervisor Specialty licence plus five further Massachusetts records under his name without printing any numbers, so ask him for those directly; his BBB page carries an A+ rating and also states the business is not BBB accredited, which are two separate things. For a leak, a few shingles off after a storm, or a full strip-and-reroof at the $10,000-ish scale his permits describe, he is the roofer customers named by name across seven different years. Since the written accounts stop in 2018, ask for a couple of addresses from the 2024 and 2025 jobs, and settle what an estimate costs before he drives out.
