Very responsive. After losing my heat I reached out to a number of heating companies but because I wasn’t a customer most would not come out for at least a month. After putting a request in on thumbtack Dependable Air Solutions responded to my request within 1/2 hour and came to my house within an hour. Found I needed to replace my furnace and decided to put in the central AC as well. They gave me an extremely reasonable quote and would’ve had the work done within a day but I had to delay it for 3 days due to my own circumstances. They arrived right on time on the agreed upon date and had everything done that day. The whole crew was great, very diligent and respectful. I would highly recommend Ryan and his company for your heating/ac needs!
They worked with me to find the furnace that I wanted. They were punctual, friendly and easy to work with. Also, they endured my dingy cellar.

Ryan and his guys were great and very professional. My heating unit went. Ryan came and checked it out explain what would work best for me and replaced it the next day. They did an excellent job me and my family could not be happier with the new heating unit. I would refer Dependable Air Solutions to anyone with heat or A.C. problem's.
I had an issue with the furnace in my basement causing no heat! I called Dependable Air Solutions during the middle of night in a snow storm... They still came out to help solve my problem, fast, professionally, affordable & kept everything clean.
