Des Fam Heating and Cooling

I highly recommend Des-Fam Heating and Cooling! They installed a Mitsubishi mini-split for us last year, and although we experienced a rare manufacturer defect, Jarod was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, took the time to educate us, and was a true advocate in working with Mitsubishi to get us a brand-new replacement unit. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer service are second to none. All was covered under warranty and the amount of time and patience that Jarod had to expend on his end without billing speaks to his character and the company’s outstanding culture/reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to use Des-Fam again and cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Alex and his crew are the best. When my hot water heater went out last month they were my first call. They made the process quick and painless coming and switching out my tank in just a couple of hours.

Des Fam recently performed a furnace repair at my home in Nashua. They are excellent. Both Alex and Jared are extremely profesional. They take their time to explain the issues a well as how they will address the problem. Their knowledge and skill is second to none. The price was far below what we had anticipated.

Awesome work. It has been one year since I had Des Fam install a heat pump in my home office and I am still extremely happy. It heats and cools. It is quiet and very effective. The crew was friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work has held up. I even got a rebate back from NH!

They installed a heat pump water heater for us. The whole team was super friendly and accommodating and I couldn't recommend them enough :) their installation was also very well done and well designed.
