We met with three designers before hiring Designs by A.R.S. to gut and remodel the kitchen in our 90-year-old house. We felt that Sherry and Rob understood what we wanted, they were very easy to work with, and after meeting with them we felt confident in their level of expertise. Communication was great from start to finish. Sherry gave us great direction in selecting materials, and was very amenable as we negotiated the contract. Rob and his team were extremely courteous and professional, and we appreciated the effort they made to keep the space livable during construction. In the end, the kitchen is exactly how we dreamed it would be (maybe better)!
Sherry and Rob were great to work with. We had an idea of what we were looking for but Sherry helped bring it to the next level. They were always prompt in returning calls or emails and Rob got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the quality of the work. Price wise, we had gotten other estimates and Designs by ARS was significantly lower.
Sherry and Rob at Designs by A.R.S. are amazing. They are professional and do an excellent job. They go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend Designs by A.R.S. for any and all tile needs. Thank you for treating me like family during my shower renovation.
Absolutey love my 3 bathrooms! Rob & his guys did a great job. They always consulted me on where towel racks, mirrors, etc. were to go. They were all a pleasure to work & respectful. Sherry helped with colors & Rob really knows his products & does a very professional job. He knows his stuff!!
Rob and Sherri renovated two bathrooms for us last summer. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced. We made numerous last minute changes throughout the project and all were handled professionally, without any issues or unreasonable change orders.
