Develop X Properties, LLC

An out-of-state landlord is the one customer to have written about this company. In September 2023 he explained that he lives in New Jersey, owns a few properties in Massachusetts, and normally sends his own crew up — but the timing did not work that time, so he called around, and Develop X Properties ended up doing work on two of them. The company was founded in 2020 and works from Woodland Road in Georgetown, listing remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, additions and extensions, decks, basements and new home construction across Boston's north shore as far as Nahant. Six project galleries are posted on its Houzz profile, where the rating is 5.0 from that single review. Houzz also carries a licence number for the company, 187807. That is the directory's entry rather than the state's record, so ask for the registration and check it on the state site before you sign anything. For a remodel or an addition on the north shore — particularly if you are running the job from a distance, as that 2023 customer was — this is a younger company with a small posted body of work. Ask which of those six projects is closest to yours, who is on site supervising day to day, and how change orders get priced.
