Poor experience from start to finish. Bad communication. Broke a gas line and we had to evacuate our house. Left a roof uncovered and flooded our third, second and 1st floor. Brough a gun multiple times to the worksite after being asked not to. Project was late by 5 months. Poor follow up to address ongoing issues with plumbing and hvac post construction. Warrantee really doesn’t cover anything. They will give you all the excuses in the book and never take ownership for anything. Overall horrible experience. Zero stars.

I got several estimates for my kitchen reno and Doug at DHI was by far the friendliest and most thorough. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me including the construction process from start to finish. I spoke to him and his wife Rachael almost daily at points during the process and they worked hand in hand with me to iron out all the details and make sure I was happy :). They really care about the quality of their work and relationships with customers. I would definitely recommend them and will be using DHI for other projects in the future!

DHI was contacted to provide a quote for a full bathroom remodel and responded the next day to arrange a site visit. Doug thoroughly examined the bathroom and scope of work. He offered valuable advice and asked detailed questions. He was obviously an experienced professional and clearly described DHIs construction process. DHI provided a very competitive quote with a well defined budget. We were very impressed.

I had a great experience working with Doug and his team. They were communicative, incredibly responsive, and made sure the job was done right. I would not hesitate to work with them again!
