That is a December 2018 Angi review, and leaks are what two of the four written accounts describe. PBR Constructions, Inc. presents itself as a general construction and renovation company — kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, decks, new construction and demolition. Its own site gives a Saugus base and says the business has worked out of Revere since 2017, with a team that has 18 years in construction behind it; its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles list a Ward Street address in Revere. The Angi service list runs to carpentry and remodeling, decks, fences, patios and porches, and doors and trim. The written history is short and dated: four reviews from August to December 2018, all on Angi, behind the 4.9-star average from five ratings that Angi and HomeAdvisor both display — the HomeAdvisor page mirrors the Angi listing rather than adding a second set of customers. A November 2018 customer said he showed up on time, took care of a window leak quickly, and charged a price they called very reasonable. The October 2018 reviewer had spent seven months chasing contractors who did not show up or return calls before telling other homeowners to stop looking. One thing sits outside the reviews and is worth raising on the phone: safetyrecord.org lists one OSHA inspection of PBR Constructions, with one violation and $3,547 in penalties. The experience figures do not line up either — the Angi and HomeAdvisor pages say 'over 14 years of experience' in the About text and '9 years of experience' in the highlights, while the company's own site dates the business to 2017 and credits its team with 18 years. For the kind of work those customers described — a stubborn leak, carpentry, a deck, doors and trim — Eliton is a straightforward call.
