Dhi Contracting

DHI Contracting, doing business as DHI Construction & Design, is a general contractor based in Everett, MA, handling carpentry, painting, tile, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding, flooring, and framing across the Greater Boston area. The company says it started small — just founder Douglas Andrade and his dog Judy, under the name "Doug's Home Improvements" — before growing into its current team, with Rachael Fuchs running the office. Its Houzz listing puts it at about five years in the Boston market and states it as Licensed & Insured, and it separately claims a Viewrail-certified installer credential for modern floating stairs and cable railings. There isn't a customer review or mention history here yet, so there's nothing from past clients to weigh against what the company says about itself. Anyone considering DHI Contracting for a remodel or addition should ask directly for references or photos of completed jobs, since there's no public track record to check yet — a reasonable first call for someone comfortable being an early customer.
