Absolutely fantastic. I interact with contractors regularly for work, and I've seen the good and the bad, so I was nervous when we needed an emergency boiler replacement. Mike exceeded every expectation. He was forthright, honest, communicative, prompt, and very fair with his pricing. He answered every question we had and helped us find the best boiler for our needs. He guided us through the process start to finish (multiple weeks, through not fault of his), and helped us navigate something I thought would be a nightmare with far more ease than I could have hoped. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Fantastic work! Needed a new oil boiler asap, and Mike quoted me $4K less than the oil company. He did a great job. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He also registered my boiler - awesome. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough nice things, but here are some: very knowledgeable, quick to respond, reasonably priced, patient, and friendly. I can’t think of one bad thing I would say. This is who I’m calling for any service that they cover and I have a few times by now. Same great service every time. One example: There was a problem with my water heater and one company came out and said “you need a new one, here’s what we sell.” I contacted this company and Mike came out and did an extremely thorough inspection, fixed the issue, and spent the time to explain it to me. In all honesty and to his credit, I wasn’t too quick to understand either. He stayed patient and kind, though. Deserves more than 5 stars.

After getting a "replace - it's broken" from a new HVAC mechanic, I chose Mike for a 2nd opinion. Turns out, proper tests were performed, the furnace is fine, just older. Mike performed a tune-up and I'm happy I found a technician who is fully knowledgeable and reasonable. Stratus will handle my HVAC needs, and I'll sleep a little better
