We had a problem with our mini split making a loud noise. We called Tim at Blue collar heating and air-conditioning. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem. The unit needed to be replaced. Tim went over and above to locate a unit for us quickly and installed it within days getting us up and running again thanks again Tim for your great service. Good job highly recommended.

Of course on a holiday weekend we had the AC unit unexpectiadly stop working on us. We put a call into Blue Collar Heating and Cooling and they came right out. They found the problem fixed the problem and even went above and beyond to clean the unit. WOW can you say "servicing your customers". I will for sure use Blue Collar for all our issues and future purchases. We thank you Tim for your amazing service and attention to details. It feels good to be cool again. 5* All the way...

We unknowingly ran out of oil. Tim came recommended by an oil supplier that delivered oil for us. (32 degrees outside, felt like below zero inside our home). We have small children and could not stay in our near freezing home that day (the fay after thanksgiving of all days). We now had the oil but the needed the tank/ boiler to be serviced so the heat could run though the house. Anyway, Tim answered and was at our house after finishing up another job. He “bleeded”/serviced the oil tank/ boiler. He was spot on, knew exactly what we needed after explaining our problem and his services was fair and reasonable. He was honest, patient, answered all of my questions, and provided a quick assessment on a couple of other issues I was having, one of which didn’t really need fixing. I just needed to understand how to operate it. He could’ve taken the job and money but he didn’t. I appreciated the honesty especially considering how hard times have become financially. The point is, I would recommend him a thousand times over. Thanks Tim!

Highly recommend!! Tim is awesome, furnace was smoking, blowing soot everywhere, and leaking water. Harpe came out and told me they wouldn’t touch it then quoted me a new boiler because something was cracked that they never even opened or looked at. Tim came over the same night got it running for the evening safely so we had heat. Then came back early in the morning to replace gaskets, leaking water parts and pipes did a full service and cleaning as when he looked inside the boiler seems as my cleanings done the last few years by Harpe was very poorly done as if they only brushed the top off charged me full price and went on their way. Everything is working perfectly now I will always recommend this company!!
