Josh was notified by my landlord and arrived at the time he said he would. Arrived and did a diagnostic on my A/C. Retuned the next day, on time, and immediately went to work! He also had Jill, his wife and co-worker, with him. The problem was found and with both their expertise and skill sets, the issue was repaired and my A/C is working great! Josh gave me a verbal after work report as to what had caused the problem. I would highly recommend Josh and Jill with any concerns and problems!!

If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Nye HVAV is it. My unit broke down during a heatwave. I called several company's and the only one that called me back within a half hour was Nye. My unit was so old, I was expecting to be told it was not fixable. Nye arrive within two hours. I was told the unit was on its last leg, but he said I'm going to try my best to get it going. Within minutes the problem was identified. It was so old they didn't have the part with them. It's late Friday afternoon and he called to get the part. He told me they would go pick it up and be back. By the time he got there, they had closed. He called and told me they open Sarurday morning and he'd be back to install the part. I got a call first thing in the morning and he had the part. By noon my unit was up and running. I truly believe had this been a large company, they would have told me it had to be replaced. Nye was determined to get it up and running. It got me through the summer and it's going to be replaced before next summer and Nye will be the only company I would call. If you want an HVAC company that's honest, delivers outstanding customer service and experts in all things HVAC, Nye HVAC is it!

Josh was responsive, skilled, and only took literally minutes to diagnose a problem with my natural gas furnace. He quickly repaired an issue that seemed to be a mystery to 2 other repair men!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Josh was extremely helpful when we were in a pinch. Showed up fast, had the issue diagnosed and resolved within the same hour and his rates were extremely competitive. Even when I had questions a week or so later for my records, he stopped what he was doing and explained in depth what was originally wrong and how to maintain it going forward. Never got the feeling he was selling me something we didn’t need; even though we were in a bind. Good guy, and I’ve recommended him to a couple friends already.
