My elderly mother had a bad experience with another plumber and so was nervous about having someone else come in. Dias plumbing and Heating restored her faith and confidence. Tom showed up early and was patient, efficient, and answered all her questions clearly. In about an hour he and the apprentice with him had fixed the sink, toilet, and shower- all with professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be using Dias Plumbing and Heating for all our household needs.
Highly recommend Dias Plumbing! Tom arrived right on time and did an excellent job installing two new faucets and a new shower head. Everything looks and works perfectly. Dias plumbing and heating did a remarkable job. An old lead pipe had a crack. They removed the lead pipe and tied it into the main cast iron pipe. The used pvc pipe and connected the washing machine hose. Now I am up to code and needless to say I am pleased with the quality of work and professionalism that I received.
