This business is owned by two knowledgeable, friendly brothers. I trusted their advice and they didn't try to pressure me into products or services we didn't need. We will definitely use this business again when it is time to replace a toilet in the house and a water tank down the road.
I spoke the them told them issue I was having he said he could get to me the next wk and would call me which he never did so I called one more time and he said he could come the next wk and would call me, I specifically I asked him and told him if you are too busy that's fine I will move on but please let me know he told me no he could do it and come by but he needed another week unfortunately he never even had the decency to call me and let me know he couldn't come needless to say this is extremely unprofessional so I would never use them or recommend them. Plumr in Wakefield came and did a great job.
