Diligent Service

Diligent Service is an electrical and wiring repair business based in Boston, Massachusetts, self-reporting 4 years in business and holding a Thumbtack background-check credential; no license number is listed on its profile. The written record is a single review. In a 2023 review, a homeowner described having every outlet in a three-bedroom ranch updated from old beige outlets to new ones, with the technician showing up at the arranged time and completing the replacement to their satisfaction. There isn't much more to go on beyond that one job, and no license information appears in the available record, so it's worth asking directly about licensing and getting a written estimate before booking. The one account on file, though, describes straightforward, on-time work.
