The Belmont company says on its own site that it began in Miami in 2004 and has worked New England and the greater Boston area for 11 years, on real-estate improvement projects for homeowners and management companies. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles list additions and remodels and plumbing, and say Spanish is spoken. Four of the six Google reviews are five stars, and they are about range and about calling him back. A homeowner writing in April 2025 listed painting, hardwood floors, kitchens and baths, patios and decks Luis had done for them, and called his pricing reasonable. Another, in October 2024, described a wall, a bathroom in their basement and a cabinet he built. A third hired him in April 2025 for a small Roxbury job — patching the ceiling and wall of a living room after they had been opened up for a plumbing leak repair — and said it was done in a timely manner at a fair price. Two one-star reviews from May 2025 pull the other way. One says the job was not completed, that tiles were ruined and that the price was raised above what had been agreed; the other says the writer does not recommend Luis. The Google page averages 3.7 stars across six ratings. For a run of small-to-medium jobs around a house — a patch-and-paint after a leak, a basement bathroom, a deck — this is the kind of outfit homeowners here call back. Put the scope and the price in writing before anything starts, agree up front how a change in price gets approved, and confirm the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and insurance before work begins.
