Discreet Pest and Wildlife Services is a Burlington, MA outfit built around exactly what its name promises: unmarked vehicles, plain-clothes technicians, and jobs that don't announce themselves to the neighbors. The company says its founders bring over a decade of pest and wildlife management experience, though the business itself was only incorporated in 2023 — worth keeping in mind when weighing how long the trade experience runs against how young the company itself is. The volume of praise is hard to ignore: 89 Google reviews sit at a full 5 stars, Angi shows the same 5.0 across 19 ratings, and BBB lists the company as A+ accredited. In the last six months, 16 of 17 new reviews were glowing, and the same names keep coming up — Jack, Dave, Megan, and Alicia, the owner — each tied to a specific call. Jack talked a customer through an after-hours wildlife emergency; Megan walked a homeowner through an ant treatment inside and out; Dave, who started with an emergency visit, now runs a client's monthly maintenance. One buyer said the company's pre-purchase inspection turned up pest activity a standard home inspection had missed, and another said three other companies had misdiagnosed their problem before Discreet found it in minutes, for $250 less. The one sour note in that recent stretch is worth reading closely. A commercial client wrote that the company backed out of a job after the customer — whose dog was being treated for cancer — balked at the recommended pesticide plan, and separately felt Discreet had shown off one of its bigger clients, which sits oddly next to the 'discreet' brand promise. It's a single review, but it's specific: worth asking directly about alternatives if you have a chemical sensitivity or a pet with health issues, and how firm the recommended treatment plan really is. Beyond the wasp, hornet, and yellowjacket calls that keep coming up as the reason people first dialed in, the company handles rodents, ants, roaches, bed bugs, and wildlife removal, for individual homes as well as larger commercial properties like warehouses and apartment buildings. For a standard call-and-treat job, the track record across three platforms is about as clean as it gets. For anything involving a treatment method you'd want to negotiate on, get the specifics before booking.

I can’t recommend Discreet Pest and Wildlife enough. When fishing around for other companies to hire, no one was as responsive as Discreet. More importantly, no one could be on site to deal with our pest issues as quickly at Discreet. Jack has been so knowledgeable, reassuring, and thorough. Nick was awesome to work with, as well. You won’t regret working with them!

I could not recommend Discreet Pest and Wildlife enough! I contacted them about a hornets nest in my bushes at home and since I have a small dog it was a large concern. Nick, knowing how pressing it was, went out of his way to take care of the issue quickly, efficiently, and professionally! He also was sure to keep me updated with instructions on proper care for my pup to make sure she stayed away from the treated area. I will definitely be calling them again and again for any pest/wildlife issues I have in the future.

I personally would not recommend Discreet Pets and Wildlife Services. For a company whose business model is being discreet, they didn't hesitate to show off one of their largest clients. Furthermore, they refused to work with me because I was not comfortable doing their recommended pesticide treatment. During the inspection, I repeatedly explained that I have a 15-year old dog with nose cancer. After doing my own research and reviewing the contract provided by Discreet, which had a whole section for those with chemical sensitives, I decided I did not want to proceed forward with a pesticide treatment at this time. Because I was not willing to do the pesticide treatment, Discreet was not willing to do any treatment since they felt bait stations alone wouldn't solve my problem and their, and I quote, "name would be attached to the treatment". But, I thought the whole selling point of this business was that they were discreet? Furthermore, they didn't even do a thorough inspection. Of the three companies that I called, only ONE company was willing to actually get into my crawlspace, the area which all three companies felt the source of the infestation was. Because I refused the pesticide treatment, discreet refused to work with me with the other pest issues I was having as well. Jack went from being the guy to do all the work to not being the guy real quick. And, instead of owning that decision they didn't want to work with me because I wouldn't let them talk me into something I wasn't comfortable with, they led me to believe someone would be reaching out in regards to my other issues. That obviously didn't happen, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Honest, professional and reliable. Originally called them for an emergency service and now have them come for regular maintenance. Dave manages my monthly service and he is just the absolute best. If you’re looking for a company you can trust this is the one!!
