In 2016, a homeowner wrote that they chose the company because Roger listened to their renovation needs, asked questions and offered alternative suggestions, and that the result was a new kitchen and bathroom. A 2016 review said Roger and his team dealt well with defective products the homeowner had bought and coordinated the plumbing subcontractors. In a 2016 review, a customer said he cleaned up after himself every day. A 2016 review said the process was extremely positive until the end, that he did not meet the inspectors for the final inspection, and that a month later no inspections had taken place. Throughout the project he took the time to answer our many questions and made sure our experience was a positive one. We could not speak well enough about Divisions Unlimited and our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. We look forward to working with them again.
I would recommend Divisions Unlimited to anyone. Roger is an outstanding craftsman, courteous, honest, stays in budget and meets the deadline.
Lesson learned - Make sure scope of work is understood, agreed to and documented. The contractor did not agree to what (details) I felt was verbally agreed to as part of the scope of work.

Excellent results. I would definitely recommend Roger and his team to others. Especially good dealing with change and surprises, such as defective products purchased by homeowner (me) and coordinating sub-contractors (plumbers). Honest, clean, and organized.
