DL Roofing

DL Roofing works out of 83 River Street in North Adams, up in the Berkshires, and the pair of jobs it lists goes together: roofing and skylights. A new roof is usually when a skylight gets set or re-flashed, so having one crew for both saves a handoff. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for the company, #129102. Look that number up on the state's register yourself before you commit to anything, and ask for a certificate of insurance covering whoever ends up on your roof. For a Berkshires homeowner who wants the roof and the skylight handled by the same outfit, this is a local call worth making. Settle the registration question first, then get a written scope that names the shingle or membrane, the flashing detail around the skylight, and who hauls the tear-off away.
