That is a directory's claim rather than a verification, and directory licence records are frequently wrong — so ask the company directly for current registration and insurance, and confirm it yourself. The fit is a homeowner wanting an addition, a basement build-out or a window job from a small, long-established South Shore shop. The permit history is the strongest thing going for it. Ask for current licensing paperwork and references from the last year or two, because the public review trail stopped six years ago.
