An April 2025 customer had the repairs they needed finished a few days early, paid less than the two other companies that had quoted the job, and got help untangling an insurance claim they called a nightmare in the making. Three other homeowners make the same point about money: pricing "quite favorable in comparison to other similar companies" in an April 2024 review, "no surprises on pricing" in one from August 2023, and, for a permeable-paver driveway repair in July 2023, the different options priced out in the open. Dominic — "Dom" — owns and runs the Plaistow, New Hampshire company himself. The site describes it as a residential remodeling general contractor covering Rockingham County, Southern New Hampshire and select North Shore Massachusetts towns, doing kitchens, bathrooms, basements, room additions and garage conversions, and says it has served Southern New Hampshire since 2020, six years in business. The jobs run from whole-room to odd-shaped. In April 2025 a homeowner had a basement turned into a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a kitchenette, and wrote that Dom showed up with a detailed plan for the space and a clear breakdown of cost and timeline. A year earlier, in April 2024, another basement got a bedroom and a half-bathroom addition; in July 2024 a total bathroom renovation at a customer's mother's house in Bow, NH finished on time and on budget; and in June 2024 a deck went up in under two days. Outside, it is stone and pavers. An October 2024 homeowner had an old curved brick walkway replaced with pavers and exterior moulding swapped at the same time. A June 2023 customer got new concrete and stone front steps with a paver walkway, and an August 2020 Thumbtack review describes roughly 2,000 square feet of pavers — a driveway plus a small back patio — restored in three days. An April 2024 review covers a repair to falling bricks on a basement foundation. Carpentry and repair fill in the rest: baseboards for a living and dining room on short notice in May 2024, pre-finished laminate stair treads and risers installed that same month, and in July 2024 a floor and sill with water and septic damage in a historical home, where the crew worked to protect the old wood plank floors they had to pull up. That July a customer also had a wall A/C unit replaced for her 98-year-old mother during a heat wave. Its written history runs from 2019 to 2026: 95 Thumbtack ratings averaging 4.9, 49 Google ratings at 5.0, five on Houzz. The Thumbtack accounts quoted are the oldest — one from November 2020 describes a $1,700 repair quote arriving a few days after first contact, with work starting the following week. Two things to settle before you call. Not every five-star entry is from a customer: an April 2025 writer describes working closely with Dom through a project-management app rather than hiring him for a job at their own house. And the service area is specific — the company lists Plaistow, Salem, Exeter, Hampton, Kingston, Atkinson, Hampstead and eight other towns — so check that yours is on it.
