Downeast Monitors Inc. works on Monitor and Toyostove heaters, and the newest account carries a booking condition: a recent customer whose four Monitors it serviced for years at their Winthrop home says it now services them at its garage, and due to medical issues does not go to customers' homes. A 2023 customer with two different error codes on an old Toyostove heater said Laura walked them through troubleshooting by phone both times and the problem was solved. A 2022 customer whose oil lines froze said that although the company could not get out at that moment, it walked them through what it could, gave a reasonable time it could show up and made several calls back to check in. A 2023 customer said they dealt with Laura for their heating monitor needs and found the company fair and honest. It holds 5 stars on Google from 20 ratings.
Serviced my 4 Monitors For years at my home WINTHROP. Now services at their garage (home). Due to medical issues does not go to customers residence. I'm thankful they have been able to continue helping. Love and care
Had 2 different error codes on our old Toyostove heater at two different times. Laura walked me through the trouble shooting process by phone both times. Problem solved. It was extremely cold so the instant service is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
