Dezi Oil Burner Services is a Waterville heating business. A 2021 Google customer called its furnace service fast and accurate and said they would call again. A 2023 Google customer described a missed appointment. In 2023, that customer said the worker called in sick, promised to come at 1:00 to 1:30, arrived at 4, and came to look at the furnace when the call was about a hot water heater. The same 2023 customer said he planned to return the next morning with parts, never showed up and did not answer a call, so they called someone else.
The guy was supposed to come over in between 9-9:30. He called me at 9:00 and told me he was sick and wanted to reschedule which was fine. He told me he would feel better and be there around 1:00-1:30 the same day. He showed up at 4...He was coming over to look at my hot water heater but thought he was coming to look at my furnace. He told me he was going to pick up the parts needed and would come over the next day in between 9:00 and 9:30...He never showed up. I called him at 10:30 no response. He seems like a nice guy, but highly unprofessional. I called someone else.
Fast, accurate service! Will definitely call again the next time we need help with our furnace. Thank you!!
