A sewer backup in the basement is the problem one Drain King Royal Flush customer described in a January 2026 review. David arrived within an hour of the call and cleared the main sewer line all the way to the street. The customer praised the price and said the work came with a three-month guarantee. Sewer and drain cleaning is also how the business describes its work on BBB. Older customers recount urgent clogs with specific arrival and repair times. In an August 2025 review, a customer said David came within an hour of a Sunday afternoon call, persisted in opening difficult traps, cleared the main-drain clog and cleaned up afterward. They considered the price fair for a Sunday emergency call. An October 2023 reviewer described calling at 6:30 a.m. about a clogged shower; David arrived an hour later on his day off and cleared the clog within 30 minutes. A November 2021 reviewer said a clogged drain was causing pipes to leak in the kitchen, bathroom and basement. David arrived in less than 30 minutes, supplied a quote before starting, and fixed the problem in an hour. That customer also reported a three-month guarantee and a reasonable rate. Google shows a 4.8-star average from 27 ratings, and BBB gives the business an A+ grade.
