CABAN'S HEATING & COOLING

We recently started using Cabán’s Heating & Cooling and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Because of their backlog, we had to wait a bit for an appointment, but we’re glad we did. Nate, Felix’s son-in-law, was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was polite, highly competent, and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed our units thoroughly and got right to work. We have an oil furnace, and it was clear he understood the system inside and out. What really stood out was that he took his time, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. We’ve had other companies come out in the past that seemed to do surface-level work. The units would function, but Cabán’s Heating & Cooling goes deeper to make sure everything not only looks good, but actually is good. That level of care and attention really sets them apart. Their pricing is also very reasonable. You get the sense that they are focused on building long-term relationships with customers rather than just rushing through service calls. We’ve been looking for a dependable local company that we can rely on for yearly heating and cooling maintenance, as well as service calls when needed. Cabán’s Heating & Cooling has absolutely earned that trust and these five stars. Also worth mentioning, they never asked us to leave this review. Great service simply deserves recognition. This review is so overdue...2 weeks ago my heat went out on a Thursday night. The temp was dropping quickly. When I went to bed it was 54 degrees. Before I fell asleep, I was Googling plumbers who dealt w/gas furnace. I found Caban and sent a "Good Morning" email with my issue. I found the reviews quite positive and more importantly, the fact that Felix responded back to ppl. Felix texted me back that night to my genuine surprise! He asked a few questions then said that he would fit me in in the morning. By morning, My house was at 44 degrees! Felix text me a little before 8am for my address and came over. After apologizing profusely for my basement, Felix got to work, figured out the issue and fixed it! I helped by running around to all the rooms a couple of times to make sure there was no water leaking from any of the pipes/baseboards. Felix was awesome and such a nice gentleman! I think I have found myself a plumber for the future. I totally would recommend Felix/Caban to anyone.

Felix went above and beyond! He first took the time to troubleshoot my boiler issue over the phone at no charge. When it turned out a small part needed to be replaced, he arrived within just a few hours — during a blizzard, no less! He fixed everything in under an hour. Truly fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I bought a home this summer with a nightmare oil furnace. The furnace would only work for 2 weeks and then stop working. I had 2 different repair techs come out who replaced parts over and over but furnace still stop working after 2 weeks. Eventually I got ahold of Felix and explained my situation, he came out same day and figured out what the issue was after some investigation. Felix is extremely knowledgeable, caught many issues previous techs didn't recognize or ignored. Unfortunately the part is hard to find but Felix was able to find it and get it installed. Furnace is working great now and I'm happy that I didn't need a new furnace! Don't hesitate if you need work done right give Felix a call, he's very knowledgeable and affordable

I’ve been waiting for another company to give me a call to service my water heater,got tired of waiting search on google and Caban’s Heating pop up so a gave them a call and Felix answered told me he could be at my house in the afternoon and there he was when he said he would 💪🏼Very impressed with the honesty,knowledge, work and gave me a very cheap price too!!!This is my new Company for all my Heating needs from now on!
