What customers keep describing is a contractor who tells them what is coming. A May 2025 reviewer wrote that when the city inspector added requirements mid-project, Jorge laid out what had to change and what it would cost. In a March 2025 review, a homeowner said demoing and building a new deck was headache free and that Jorge was up front whenever a delay looked possible, and a September 2025 Thumbtack customer said he arrived on time and communicated clearly while rebuilding their stairs. Speed comes up as well: four reviewers between 2024 and 2026 call the work quick or efficient, including one in March 2026 whose job was finished in a single day. Going further back, a November 2023 customer described Jorge replacing all the exterior trim on their home along with the front porch. Price is the one note that isn't praise. An October 2024 customer called the work expensive in the same breath as calling it efficient and crediting the cleanup afterwards. The other thing worth pinning down is how long they have been at this: the company's site claims more than 20 years of experience, its HomeAdvisor listing says 33 years, and a uscity.net profile dates the founding to 2023. Get the quote in writing with permit and inspection work spelled out, since that is where one project grew, and ask how the one-year workmanship warranty the site advertises applies to your job. Its Angi profile also lists Spanish-language service.
