Ductworks

I am writing for a friend Brender Fombah with her review and experience after she reached out to Ductworks because she was having an issue with her heat not working properly on the upper level of her home. She reached out to Ductworks and spoke with Heather to set up an appointment for someone to come take a look at the issue. A man by the name of David was sent out and the day he came he gave a price of 2,400. The work was scheduled to be done on January 5, 2021. Meanwhile, she was having a baby and was scheduled to come home a few days later with a newborn thinking she would have heat. She called Heather to explain that the heat was still not working. Heather never sent anyone back to the house to resolve the issue and my friend was very nice and just asked if someone can come take a look at why the system is still not working. Till this day with several calls later, no one has been sent back to fix the problem! She has been hung up on by a very unprofessional receptionist named Heather when Heather recognizes her voice. So unprofessional and very rude. She would like it fixed after spending 2,400 dollars and she still has no heat as well as her cooling. They will be taken to court for taking her money and not completing the job! Also please note, Heather making false five star reviews for this business. She is the only 5 star review.

Classic bait and switch. Didn’t want to perform work as agreed to in initial walkthrough. Extremely rude and unsafe leaving the house with energized razor sharp sawzall and drills laying around as our children were returning from school. Took our money and ran after cutting holes and making a mess of our home.
