Duffy Development LLC – we had a total renovation of our house by Duffy Development LLC – Total cost approx. $252,000. Ian Duffy was so helpful in planning out all the phases, staying on time, staying on budget, giving us good options and recommendations on the best way to make this all happen. His crews were always professional, on-time, respectful of our space, and always cleaned up their space before they left at the end of the day. Renovation included: - updated 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. - Painted the entire house and home office - Updated all lighting in the house with new recess lighting in all our rooms and installed new motion detection lighting in the front and back of the house. - Replaced flooring in 2 rooms - Converted a bedroom into a den and made an entertainment center out of the closet - Complete update of laundry room with new tile floor, a large counter top with shelves above and below. Added additional built in storage shelves. - Updated the front walkway and the walkway that goes around to the back for the office entrance. The original driveway slope down torward the garage with stone walls that were crumbling on both sides. Replaced the driveway stone walls with the same blue stone blocks that matched the walkways. The second driveway that is used for the clients needed an updated cinderblock retention wall to replace the one that was falling apart. We are so happy with how everything came out. Ian has helped us re-do our deck and our basement all for very reasonable pricing and high quality work. He is helpful in choosing materials that are high quality and is open to suggestions on aesthetics, but also gives good advice if you’re not sure what you want. We highly recommend him for any type of project. UPDATE: he also just did our front steps and they look beautiful and are safe now. He's definitely helped bring up our property value. He has the pictures posted on this website, recommend you check them out. His coworkers are very professional and make sure to clean up everything when they are done.

Ian and his team redid our kitchen, painted the entire house, laid down new carpet, and fixed our roof. They did a fantastic job! Before starting Ian and Ian (yes, there are two Ian's) examined our house and ran through options. They made sure they described their entire process in detail before starting and presented us with options to tailor everything to our specifications. We have two babies, and I expressed concern to Ian about having the house in a loud, disrupted state for what I assumed would be 3-4 weeks of work. Ian was very receptive to my concerns: his team finished the entire project in a little over a week! We love our new kitchen and we will definitely hire them again for future work.
