He performed the service with accuracy and efficiency. In addition, he helped us to understand the operational features of the new units- - very helpful. Lastly, he was very careful to work neatly with respect for our living space. I highly recommend the firm to anyone requiring this sort of service.
Duggan Mechanical has provided services in my home on many occasions. Customer service at all levels, from the service technicians to customer support, has always been above and beyond exceptional. Services are provided in a very timely and professional manner!
They quoted a high price to me for replacing my water heater. I was told later that the bill would be slightly higher, but when I got the bill for replacing my water heater, it was almost double. The initial rate itself was very high. I would recommend that you find another plumbing company. I think that they were unethical.
