I have been using Steve and Jeff since 2016. They have inspected three of my properties, one single family and two multifamily homes all in the Fall River area. Each inspection has been thorough with great attention to detail. To this date, I have not found issues that they missed. I am very pleased with the quality of their services. I will continue to use and recommend them in the future.
The Marion Rd. property was purchased in 2025. You pay these people to do work that you can’t do yourself when buying a house, and they provide such poor service that you end up covering the cost of repairs. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. After we moved in, we discovered that the shower leaks because no caulking was applied around the drain and faucet. We had to pay to have that fixed, including fixing the ceiling that was not damage due to the water leak. The toilet was not properly installed, and the heater in the basement leaks—both of which we also had to pay to repair. The house has too much baseboard heating on the second floor and not enough on the first floor. Fixing this will cost over $2,000. Even when the heat is set to 68°F on the first floor, the temperature only stays around 65–66°F because there isn’t enough baseboard heating. The windows were installed so poorly that you can see outside through the cracks, and we don’t even know how much it will cost to fix them. The “inspector “ couldn’t see that with all of the years of experience he claims to have. These people call themselves professionals. I should have saved my inspection money to pay for the issues I am now dealing with. This is not fair. Please stop taking advantage of people. I should have consider pursuing legal action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
