Adam was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and educational throughout the entire inspection process. This was my first time going through the process of purchasing a home, and he took the time to explain what he was looking at, what mattered, and what we should keep in mind as future homeowners. I never felt rushed, and I walked away feeling like I had learned so much about the townhome. What really stood out to me was that Adam went above and beyond the basic inspection. Even when something wasn’t necessarily an inspection issue, he took extra pictures and included helpful recommendations in the report, including things to be aware of and maintenance items for the future. It was clear that he genuinely wanted to make sure we understood the home and knew how to properly care for it. My husband is a firefighter and was on duty during the inspection, so he unfortunately wasn’t able to attend. Adam had our report back to us in less than 12 hours, and it was incredibly detailed and easy to follow. Having everything documented so thoroughly with photos, notes, and recommendations made it easy for my husband and me to review everything together afterward. I would absolutely recommend Adam and Scott Inspection Services to anyone purchasing a home, especially a first-time homebuyer. We had such a great experience and really appreciated the time, care, and attention to detail Adam put into the entire process!
