DUNDON CONSTRUCTION LLC

We considered three (3) potential contractors for our deck demolition and replacement project. The decision was made to trust Ryan and Dundon Construction even though the other companies were regional/national organizations. Their quotes were about the same but we believe he would provide better service. It was our belief that Ryan would be more attentive. That proved to be true as he approached every aspect of the job as though he was working on his own personal project. Ryan, for example, spent hours on a small detail of the project with which he was not pleased. He just wanted to "get it right!" The other companies, we are convinced, would not have invested the time and attention that Ryan gave. Dundon Construction will be doing other projects for us and is now our first choice when work is needed at our home. He has even provided contacts to do other work e.g. electrical for which he is not qualified and we have been more than satisfied with his recommendations.

Ryan built us a new deck that turned out wonderful. His work is high quality. He’s easy to talk to and work with. He’s very motivated and stayed on schedule. He listened to what we wanted and now we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Ryan to others and I’m looking forward to having him do more projects for me.

Ryan does great work, we love our decks! We bought a house that needed some work including a large deck in the back of the house. It was 30 years old and not safe to use so he took it down completely and built us a new one. We love spending time outside on it. Since he did such a good job there, we also asked him to do the front entrance deck and what a difference it has made in our curb appeal. He is thorough and patient and takes care in his work and it shows. He’s also just a nice guy. We really enjoy working with Ryan and will continue to do so in the years to come. Highly recommended!

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace We contracted with Dundon Construction to replace our worn out deck. Ryan was willing to spend a good amount of time with us educating us as to material and design options. He quoted a very fair price, started work on the promised date, and worked with no interruptions to complete the job by the agreed upon completion date. His workmanship was of a very high caliber and we have been very pleased with the deck ever since. We have since engaged Ryan to do multiple other projects, including window installations, a bathroom remodel, and installation of a kitchen floor. All of these projects were completed by Ryan to the same high standards as the deck. He is a skilled and conscientious tradesman who we strongly and unreservedly recommend.
