Dupuis Services Inc

Dupuis Services Inc works out of 58 Hidden Road in Methuen, with Dominic Dupuis listed as its owner and Steve Dupuis also named on the company's staff listing. What it puts its name to on BuildZoom is remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-home projects and additions. Four permits are on file, running from 2008 to 2013 — a 24-window and entry-door replacement in Methuen in 2009, a kitchen remodel with hardwood floors in Boston in 2012, a strip-and-reroof in Methuen in 2013, and a commercial job in 2008. That 2008 job is the one to raise before you call. BuildZoom's permit page for it, the 2008 removal of a restaurant kitchen on Lowell Street in Methuen, lists a $300 fine for work done without a permit; the permit itself was issued. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #183043, and a construction supervisor licence, #CS-104431 — alongside seven further entries across six licence types, including two more Massachusetts home improvement contractor numbers and four City of Newton registrations. Look up #183043 on the state's registry yourself and ask the company which number covers your job. For a kitchen, a run of windows or an addition around Methuen, this is a small outfit whose permitted work spans several trades rather than one. Before booking, settle who pulls the permit for your job, check the registration with the state, and get the scope and proof of insurance in writing.
