Derrick White and his team remodeled a 1939 lake cottage for me that was in great need of repair and built an addition that doubled the square footage without detracting from the original character and charm. Working with architect Roger Paley, DW took great care in restoring the original house while greatly improving the insulation, foundation, and kitchen and adding a living room, bedroom, bathroom, deck and new front entrance. Derricks team of subcontractors—foundation, landscaper, plumber, electrician—were all top quality, and it was clear that they have worked with Derrick on numerous projects. DW sourced quality materials and at prices that helped me stay within my budget, as well as re using existing materials such as headboard. The project was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend DW Restoration and Remideling LLC, a great local contractor!

Derrick consistently explained each step in layman's terms, which helped us feel informed and confident throughout. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and look forward to collaborating with him again on future projects
Derrick and his team did an amazing renovation to our 1960’s kitchen transforming it to a beautiful modern space. His suggestions before and during the construction were great ideas. We had a very short timeline and every promise was met. We are so happy with how this project turned out and with his excellent workmanship. Highly recommend and will certainly hire him again for any future projects.
Derrick's work replacing our deck, and an entryway, was awesome - wonderful craftsmanship, and attention to detail! He listened to our wishes for each piece of the project, and his communication was clear, and frequent. The outcomes look tremendous, and we will call Derrick for future construction projects. We highly recommend Derrick!
Excellent craftsmanship and outcome for the construction of a new mother-in-law house. Would highly recommend Derrick and his team to anyone looking to build or remodel their home, kitchen, or bathroom.
