One 2024 reviewer said the company actually counseled them against moving forward on an earlier inquiry because the payback math didn't work at the time; another called the whole operation "not pushy like a lot of installers around here." Several reviews describe a named project manager coordinating design, permitting, utility paperwork, and installation, and a reviewer who had panels reinstalled after 2025 roof work said the office kept them updated and expanded the system's design along the way.
