The estimates hold up. Reviewers in 2024 reported systems that exceeded predicted first-year output, one 10 kW array generating more than forecast, and another owner quoting the company's own line back at them: under-promise and over-produce. A June 2026 customer from 2016 said the array has covered their heating and cooling needs ever since, and that the crew sent to fix storm-related roof issues was outstanding. Reviewers also credit E2 with knowing Cape town approvals and utility paperwork well enough to keep projects from stalling. One caution: in 2023 a homeowner who already owned a SunPower system called for warranty service and was told they fell outside E2's service area, which they found disappointing given how few authorised dealers exist. If you are outside the immediate Cape, confirm coverage before assuming they can service what they sell. They are a strong choice for Cape Cod and southeastern Massachusetts rooftop solar, battery storage and panel removal-and-reinstall around roofing work. Confirm the licence numbers against the state registry, get the production estimate and payback assumptions in writing, and ask who handles the incentive paperwork.
