Eastern Sun

Eastern Sun is a small, family-run solar installer based in Hyannis, handling rooftop and ground-mounted panel design, permitting, installation and maintenance for Cape Cod homes and businesses, plus battery storage and EV chargers. The company says it started in 2022. In a 2023 Google review, a homeowner described the full process — design, municipal permitting, and utility company approval — completed in under three months, calling the crew professional and the pricing reasonable. The same reviewer noted that owner Kahlil Peckham had worked as chief solar designer at another firm before starting Eastern Sun. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held under Eastern Sun Construction, LLC, is active with the state. The public review history is still thin — just one detailed account on file — so it's worth asking for a couple of recent local references and current install timelines before signing a contract.
